2. Purpose, scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the petruoperador.com website, which is primarily aimed at travel agencies and tourism industry professionals. By using the site, the user accepts these conditions.
This site is purely informational and business-to-business (B2B); it is not intended as a direct sales channel to end travellers. When a person acting as a consumer uses the site or enters into an agreement with Gonviagui SL, consumer protection legislation shall apply, which these terms do not limit or exclude.
The user undertakes to use the site lawfully, without infringing third-party rights or disrupting its operation.
3. Programme information
The programmes, destinations and itineraries published are for guidance only. They may vary due to availability, seasonality or suppliers' conditions. The final proposal is confirmed in writing to the agency at the time of the request.
No fact sheet, itinerary or published image constitutes a binding contractual offer or seat reservation. Gonviagui SL's offer is the one set out in the written proposal sent to the agency, which takes precedence over website information.
4. Prices and rates
This site does not display prices. Rates, conditions and availability are provided exclusively to registered agencies upon formal enquiry.
Each quote is issued in the currency and with the taxes stated therein, and sets out its validity period, payment terms and, where applicable, cancellation fees. Once the stated validity period has elapsed, rates may be subject to review.
5. Requests and bookings
An enquiry submitted via the website does not constitute a booking or confirmation. The booking is finalised only when Gonviagui SL confirms it in writing and the agreed payment or deposit is received.
From that moment on, the conditions of the accepted proposal shall be binding on the parties and shall supersede any prior information. Travel agencies acting as intermediaries for their own clients undertake to convey the information and booking conditions to them prior to confirmation.
6. Regulations applicable to tourism services
Where the contracted services constitute a package travel or linked travel arrangements within the terms of Articles 150 et seq. of the TRLGDCU, Gonviagui SL provides travellers with the required pre-contractual information, delivers the contract documentation and applies the regime of liability, transfer and cancellation set out in said regulation.
Where individual services are booked (accommodation, transport, activities or sightseeing), they shall be governed by their own terms and conditions and by the applicable industry regulations.
Activities are carried out under travel agency licence C.I.AN-297730-3 and the tourism regulations of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.
7. Cancellations and amendments
Cancellation and modification conditions depend on each service and supplier, and are stated in the quote.
The travel agency or traveller may cancel the contract before the start of the holiday; in such cases, the cancellation fees stated in the proposal will apply, reflecting the costs actually incurred and reasonable administration fees.
If unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination or significantly affect the performance of the trip, either party may terminate the contract prior to departure without paying cancellation charges, with the right to a refund for unused services, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
8. Liability
Gonviagui SL is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the site, technical interruptions, or information published by third parties. Its liability in providing services is governed by the applicable regulations and the terms of each booking.
Gonviagui SL acts as an organiser or intermediary for the contracted services and handles with suppliers any claims that are properly submitted within the established timeframe.
Links to external sites are provided as a service to the user, without Gonviagui SL assuming any liability for their contents.
9. Commercial communications
In accordance with Article 21 of the LSSI-CE, Gonviagui SL does not send commercial communications that have not been previously requested or expressly consented to. Enquiries and proposal requests may give rise to commercial responses regarding the services of interest.
The recipient may object to receiving further commercial communications at any time by writing to comercial@petruoperador.com or by following the instructions included in each message, without prejudice to contact details that must be retained for contractual or legal obligations.

These rights are protected by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the revised text of the Intellectual Property Law, and by trademark and industrial property legislation. Access to the site does not grant the user any licence or right over said content.
12. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), with the guarantee of the digital rights recognised therein and the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
13. Complaints
Claims relating to contracted services may be sent to comercial@petruoperador.com or by phone and WhatsApp to +34 952 25 02 09, stating the booking reference and the grounds for the complaint.

Without prejudice to legal action, users may contact the competent tourism authority of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and, regarding personal data, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
14. Severability and survival of clauses
If any clause in these terms is declared null and void or ineffective, it shall be deemed omitted or replaced by another clause fulfilling an equivalent lawful purpose, with the remainder of the document remaining valid. These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Malaga, unless applicable statutory regulations provide otherwise.
16. Updates to these terms
These terms may be revised to adapt to legislative or case law developments or changes in the activity of Gonviagui SL. The current version is always the one published on this page. Version in effect since October 2026.
